What do you pour for someone who has everything?

At Collezione New York, Stefano Pileggi’s answer is rarely the most expensive bottle.
His Madison Avenue boutique is deliberately small resembling a jewellery shop more than a typical liquor store.

As a third generation retailer he is obsessed with quality and provenance. The Connoisseur’s Room is reserved for collectors and private clients looking for rare vintages, difficult-to-find bottles and, occasionally, the next best thing.

So we gave Pileggi three categories and asked for one bottle in each. No second choices.
