Safety and Quality Assurance: Due to the nature of the products we sell and in order to guarantee the authenticity, quality, and safety of our beverages, all sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded. We do this to ensure product integrity and for the safety of all our customers.

Order Discrepancies: If you receive the wrong product or if there's an issue with the product’s condition upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will endeavor to resolve any discrepancies to your satisfaction.

Damaged Shipments: Should your order arrive damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact our customer service team immediately. While we can't offer refunds, we will work diligently to rectify the situation, which may include sending a replacement product or offering a store credit.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
