Shipping Availability and Restrictions:

Collezione New York is pleased to offer shipping to most US states. Shipping availability for wine & spirits varies by state and is subject to change. To check if we can ship wine and/or spirits to your location, use the form below. Note: shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers. Shipping is available for online orders up to $25,000. For orders over $25,000, please select in-store pickup or contact us directly to discuss shipping options.

Age Verification and Legal Compliance:

By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that the recipient of the delivery is at least 21 years old. A signature from an adult at least 21 years old is required upon delivery. Once your purchased items leave our premises, the title to those items is transferred to you, and you are solely responsible for the handling of those items according to the pertinent laws in your state.

Rates and Price Adjustments:

Shipping rates are determined by the contents of your order. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates at any time. To confirm current shipping rates and availability, simply enter your address on the checkout page to view your shipping options.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Some items may require additional time. Delivery takes approximately an additional 2-8 business days, depending on proximity to our New York City processing center. Order processing and shipment times may vary throughout the year due to seasonal demand. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, but we cannot guarantee delivery before a specific date/time.

Delivery Attempts and Recommendations:

Carriers will make only three delivery attempts. It is crucial that someone over 21 is available to sign for the package at all times of day. We recommend shipping to commercial addresses or residences with a concierge for the best chance of successful delivery. If a package is returned due to unavailability for signing, the order is subject to restocking fees, and shipping fees are not refunded.

Transfer of Title and Sales Tax:

Ownership of all purchased goods transfers to the customer at the point of purchase. All transactions are subject to New York State sales tax. Title to all alcoholic beverages purchased passes to you in New York when the goods are picked up by the common carrier. We have adopted this approach to streamline our sales process and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Shipping Insurance Availability:

Shipping Insurance is available for online orders up to $25,000 and must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If you intend to place an order exceeding $25,000, we recommend splitting your purchase into multiple online orders, considering in-store pickup, and/or contacting us first to explore other options for shipping and insurance. Collezione New York is not liable for any theft, losses, or damages once the goods have left our premises. If a package is returned due to failed delivery, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and shipping costs will not be refunded. If the package is returned to Collezione New York damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.

Shipping Insurance Claims:

In the event that a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must keep all contents of the original package, including the product, original manufacurer's packaging, and all packing materials. Customers will also be required to provide photographic evidence that the package arrived damaged. It is essential for the customer to photograph the package as it arrived from the carrier, before it is opened. If ANY of the package's materials are discarded, or if the customer cannot provide sufficient photgraphic evidence of the damaged package, the insurance company will deny the claim.

Customer Responsibilities and Legalities:

Customers are responsible for abiding by all state and local laws regarding the receipt of alcoholic beverages from out of state. By purchasing, customers are representing their compliance with local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Collezione New York makes no representations or warranties concerning the legal requirements of shipping alcoholic beverages to your state.

Out-of-Stock Items:

In the event an item ordered is out of stock, we will refund you for the portion of your order for the out-of-stock item.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties:

Collezione New York is not liable for any damages once the goods have left our premises. Our website and its contents are provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Changes in Shipping Laws:

If shipping laws change making it illegal for you to import alcoholic beverages into your state, you may return the order for a full refund with proof of such law changes. All returns must be made in accordance with New York law, and cross-state returns are not permitted.

Final Sale and Policy Modifications:

All sales are final. Cancellations before shipping may be subject to a restocking fee. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers should review the policy periodically for updates.
