This white Burgundy, made from Chardonnay, is considered the white wine flagship of Domaine des Lambrays, which acquired 0.36 hectares of the Clos du Cailleret vineyard in the 1990s. The 2022 vintage is the first certified organic (ECOCERT) vintage for the Domaine, and it's also the first harvested, vinified, and aged in their new installations using gravity and wooden vats.
