The release was limited to just 1,500 bottles in Japan, with an additional quantity of 750ml bottles released in the USA. This expression is particularly significant for its extensive maturation in Mizunara oak, a rare and difficult-to-work-with Japanese wood that imparts unique and complex flavors.
The bottle features a handmade Echizen paper label and is presented in a bespoke wooden box made from recycled Yamazaki whisky casks.
