Vecchio Amaro del Capo Riserva del Centenario is a premium, limited-edition aged amaro released by the Caffo Distillery to celebrate its 100th anniversary (1915–2015). Unlike the standard version, this expression uses an aged Italian brandy base (aged 30 to 50 years in Slavonian oak) blended with the traditional recipe's 29 Calabrian botanicals.
